Regarding delivery

All products are packaged after receiving your order. Once your order is packed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

About changing payment method

We cannot change the payment method after placing your order.

About returns and cancellations

We do not accept changes to products or sizes or cancellations after an order has been confirmed. Please be sure to check the confirmation screen before placing your order. If the item has been shipped and you are away for a long time or refuse to receive it, we may refuse to reship or reorder. Please note that return shipping charges may apply. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as differences in the image after trying on or visually inspecting the product after it arrives, or if the product does not suit your mood. Please consider carefully. There may be slight differences in color and texture due to differences in PC environment and monitor. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered

Please contact us at (info@awasetsumona.com) within 3 days after receiving the product. We also cannot accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions.

  1. If more than 3 days have passed since you received the item (please check the contents immediately after receiving the item).
  2. For used, worn, altered, washed, or cleaned items.
  3. If the original product tag, label, etc. is torn off or lost.
  4. If the product returned by the customer has an odor, is dirty, has scratches, or is significantly different from the condition it was in when shipped. This also includes loss or damage to accessories.

Notes regarding refunds

The refund procedure will take 3 to 10 business days after we receive your bank account information (contacts made after 8:00 PM will be processed the next day). If paying by credit card, you will need to cancel the credit card payment. Details regarding refunds vary depending on your credit card company and contract details, so please contact us directly. When paying with Amazon Pay, Amazon will process a refund to the buyer of the amount deducted from the invoiced amount. Refund processing may take up to 24 hours.
